In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

By accessing the 3svip Platform — whether by browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Services — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3svip Platform and all its associated Services. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Use of the 3svip Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform. 3svip strictly enforces this age restriction. Any individual found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons who lack legal capacity — including minors and individuals under legal guardianship — are prohibited from using the Platform.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 3svip or its affiliated entities, except where prior written consent has been obtained.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 3svip Platform or any related gaming service operated by the same group.

To access the full range of 3svip Services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the 3svip Platform. Opening or attempting to open duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 3svip will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 3svip immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected].
5. Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any credits, balances, or bonuses associated with it.

3svip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. The following conditions apply:

1. Mandatory for Withdrawals: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Members who have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but cannot withdraw funds until identity has been confirmed.
2. Required Documents: You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid passport, a bank statement confirming your registered account details, and/or a selfie photograph for facial verification purposes.
3. Processing Time: KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. You will be notified of the outcome via the email address registered to your Account.
4. Refusal to Verify: If you refuse to submit requested KYC documentation, or if the documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent, 3svip reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending further investigation.
5. Ongoing Monitoring: KYC is not a one-time process. 3svip may request updated documentation at any point during the lifecycle of your Account, particularly where transaction patterns suggest a change in circumstances or where regulatory requirements demand re-verification.

3svip accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following terms govern all deposits:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
2. No Third-Party Deposits: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or payment methods belonging to another individual are prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed and the associated Account suspended.
3. Processing Times: Most deposits are credited to your 3svip Account within 30 seconds of successful bank transfer confirmation. Processing delays may occur due to bank maintenance windows, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day — 17 August — and Nyepi), or technical issues outside 3svip's control.
4. Deposit Limits: 3svip may impose deposit limits at its discretion, and Members may also voluntarily set deposit limits via their Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment. See Section 13 for details.
5. No Deposits for Unlawful Purposes: You may not use the 3svip deposit function to transfer, hold, or launder funds of illegal origin. Any suspected money-laundering activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the Account involved will be immediately suspended.

3svip is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes. The following conditions govern the withdrawal process:

1. KYC Prerequisite: A withdrawal cannot be processed until KYC verification (Section 5) is complete and approved.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
3. Withdrawal to Registered Method Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 3svip Account. 3svip will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.
4. Wagering Requirement Clearance: Any Active Bonus balance must have its associated Wagering Requirement fully met before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests made while an Active Bonus is in progress may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, unless you explicitly forfeit the Bonus before requesting withdrawal.
5. Withdrawal Processing Hours: Standard withdrawal processing operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. During peak periods, processing times may extend to 30 minutes. Major Indonesian public holidays may cause minor delays, but 3svip endeavors to maintain uninterrupted withdrawal service.
6. Right to Delay: 3svip reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 14 business days for the purposes of security review, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance, without this constituting a breach of these Terms.

3svip offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published at the time a promotion is offered:

1. Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit. It is subject to a minimum deposit threshold, a specified Wagering Requirement, a time limit, and game contribution rules. Members must opt in to the welcome bonus before or at the time of first deposit; post-deposit opt-in is not available.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement, which must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x Wagering Requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires total wagers of Rp 3.000.000 before any winnings become withdrawable.
3. Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute between 5% and 20%; sports betting may contribute at a variable rate depending on odds. The specific contribution table for each promotion is published on the relevant promotion page.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one Active Bonus at any given time. Bonuses cannot be stacked, combined, or rolled over unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
5. Bonus Abuse: 3svip reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional offers, use of bonus-arb strategies, or collusion between Members to extract bonus value unfairly.
6. Seasonal and Special Promotions: 3svip may offer limited-time promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Lebaran, Idul Adha, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms published at the time of offer and supersede these general provisions where they conflict.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3svip Platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account suspended immediately and funds may be withheld pending investigation:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person under 21.
• Registering more than one Account or using multiple Accounts for any purpose.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus conditions.
• Attempting to access or tamper with any part of the Platform's source code, security systems, or server infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or unauthorized use of another person's payment credentials.
• Placing bets on any sports event where the outcome is, or might reasonably be considered to be, known in advance to you.

All content on the 3svip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall site design — is the exclusive property of 3svip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from 3svip.

Game content, including game mechanics, artwork, and sound assets, is provided under license from the respective game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others) and is subject to their independent intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction of game content is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3svip and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Errors or inaccuracies in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances resulting from software malfunction, where such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Any third-party content, services, or links accessed via the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 3svip's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3svip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct.
• Abuse of promotional offers or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Engagement in any of the Prohibited Activities listed in Section 9.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

Upon Account closure for cause, 3svip may withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Member's own request (and no breach has occurred), the remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member's registered withdrawal method within 5–10 business days.

3svip takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and over. The Platform provides the following tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be lowered with immediate effect; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Members may activate a temporary break (cooling-off period) ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which account access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from 3svip may submit a self-exclusion request via Live Chat or email. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Members may set periodic in-session reminders of how long they have been playing and the net outcome of their current session.

3svip processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, 3svip collects personal information for the purposes of Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed game providers and payment processors strictly as necessary to deliver the Services. 3svip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 3svip will provide notice to affected Members via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the updated Terms document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, submit a withdrawal request for any remaining verified balance before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation and contract law. 3svip operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and these Terms shall be interpreted accordingly.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 3svip Platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact 3svip's customer support team at [email protected] and provide a clear description of the dispute. The support team will endeavor to resolve the matter within 7 business days of receiving your complaint.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint. 3svip will respond to formal complaints within 14 business days.
3. Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally or through the formal complaint process, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as determined by 3svip at the time of the dispute. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitral award otherwise provides.
